Starting January 20 at 9:00 a.m. , individuals included in Phase 1B, as well as anyone from Phase 1A who has not received a vaccine, residing in the Lincoln Trail District can register for a vaccine appointment on our website. This includes healthcare workers, first responders, and adults age 70-years-old and older. The state has coordinated vaccination efforts for K-12 school personnel—these plans have been shared with school leadership across Kentucky. We do not have an active role in vaccinating this workforce.Individuals in these groups who do not have internet access can call our main office at (270) 769-1601 and press option 1 to receive help with scheduling.Appointments will be booked on a first-come, first-serve basis dependent on vaccine supply. We will not accept patients who do not have a scheduled appointment. Please visit ltdhd.org/vaccine-registration-phase1b for complete details on Phase 1B Vaccine Registration, including which forms/documents you should bring to your appointment and how to register with V-Safe.Once the appointment slots are filled, visit govstatus.egov.com/kycovid19 for information regarding additional vaccination sites that will be available in February. Please note: Registration does not open until tomorrow, January 20 at 9:00 a.m. and is only for healthcare workers, first responders, adults 70-years-old and older residing in the Lincoln Trail District.
