KY Works assists clients in overcoming any barriers such as transportation, childcare, as well as needed additional training and education. KY Works provides readiness classes to assist with resume preparation, soft skills training, job searching, and improving interview performance. KY Works can match the interests and skills of clients to employer needs as teh program works closely with many employers across the state of Kentucky.
This program can provide both permanent placements, temporary placements, and volunteer placements depending on the needs of each client.
