Necco Foster Care and Counseling was founded in 1996 as a therapeutic foster care agency. Necco serves every county in the state of Kentucky to provide safe and loving homes for the children in our community. We offer a wide array of services including Adoption, Foster Care and Behavioral Health. Each of these service lines employs the most innovative programs and treatment approaches designed to equip children with the tools they need to live fulfilling, purpose-driven lives. Our Elizabethtown office serves 11 counties including Nelson, Hardin, Breckenridge, Grayson, Green, Hart, Larue, Marion, Meade, Taylor and Washington.
